Creates technical drawings and plans based on architects' designs. Proficient in CAD software. Attention to detail is vital.

Produces realistic 3D renderings and visualizations of designs. Uses software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray. Strong artistic and technical skills.

Oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
